Led by Ben Dunnet, Managing Director, Armada possesses over 18 years of experience spanning commercial agency, valuation, finance, portfolio asset management and property development management.

Ben thrives on challenges and working strategically to achieve the best possible development project viability. He has a strong interest in the creative aspects involving project conceptual design and the modelling of financial feasibility studies. Tertiary education qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW), a Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management (UTS), Masters in Real Estate (UNSW) and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management (UDIA).

Ben’s wide experience has been gained through employment roles spanning commercial agency, valuation, development finance and portfolio asset management.
