18 December 2025 – Norfolk Residences Construction – Project  Completed and Apartment 3 and Townhome 4 presented furnished for marketing.

11 November 2025 – Norfolk Residences Construction – Project nearing completion with all internal and external detail now being finalised, including external louvers and signage.

25 July 2025 – Norfolk Residences Construction – landscaping is being advanced, and all internal fit-out is well underway.

20 March, 2025 –  Norfolk Residences  Construction scaffolding down, revealing classic façade with stunning stone columns and beachside weatherboard style.

14 September 2024 – Norfolk Residences – Construction progressing with roof structures now in place.

22 June 2024 – Norfolk Residences – Construction of upper level underway.

March 2024 – Norfolk Residences – Construction of basement and podium level underway.
